I'm Manideep — an AI/ML & Full-Stack Engineerspecialising in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG pipelines, and multi-agent systems. I build end-to-end: from data pipelines and model fine-tuning to REST APIs and production React frontends.

At Delta Cubes I designed and shipped an AI-powered Recruitment Management System with OpenAI, Node.js/Express, and PostgreSQL — cutting recruiter screening time by ~70% with explainable LLM matching. Alongside that I've built multi-agent research crews with CrewAI + LangChain, and computer-vision / speech DL systems in PyTorch.

Developed an AI-driven Recruitment Management System (RMS) automating candidate sourcing, resume parsing and job–candidate matching with OpenAI APIs and Python.
